Special Olympics is an organization that has been supporting people with intellectual disabilities worldwide for over 50 years. In Morocco, our team’s work successfully changes lives, creating advocacy networks for a positive and lasting impact.

We serve nearly 9,000 athletes throughout the Kingdom and engage families, friends, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. We seek to develop partnerships based on shared value, working side by side. We implement initiatives and allocate the necessary resources to provide vital interventions that change the lives of people with intellectual disabilities.

Our goal is to enroll the largest number of athletes in various sports disciplines across Morocco. Partner mobilization is vital for strengthening our strategy, introducing new sports disciplines, supporting more programs, and developing cooperative relationships with other Special Olympics programs.
