#KHATAWAT

Walking helps maintain good physical fitness and provides unsuspected benefits to physical and mental health! That’s why we’re launching the #KHATAWAT challenge to our athletes, which involves walking for 20 to 30 minutes a day for one month. Each athlete, accompanied by a family member, will use the “Pedometer” application to record the number of steps. The application is available on Google Play and the App Store.
