Women Play, Women Lead
Our latest “Women Play, Women Lead” workshop took us to Taza on February 12, 2026, and the energy in the room was incredible. We spent the day sharing real conversations about finding our inner strength, trusting our abilities, and exploring what leadership looks like on our own terms.
The standout moment? Hearing from the Director of the Association Parents et Tuteurs des Personnes à Besoins Spécifiques. She shared her raw, personal story of navigating life with a disability and breaking through cultural biases to become the leader she is today. It was a beautiful reminder that the only real limits are the ones society tries to box us into.
To help us process all of this, psychologist Dr. Hamid Bourkabi shifted our focus inward. He gave everyone practical tools to find their own voices, reminding us that leading others always starts with how you speak to and back yourself. We also got to celebrate Chaimae, the fierce captain of our gold-winning floorball team from the 2025 World Games in Turin, along with Coach Salah El Alaoui. Their story proves exactly what happens when you combine discipline, trust, and teamwork on the world stage.
“Women Play, Women Lead” isn’t just a one-off workshop—it’s a community of women and girls stepping up, taking up space, and writing their own rules.
